LAZY COWGIRL SALOON

A collaboration with disco installation artist Lauren Young and the RiNo Art District, The Lazy Cowgirl Saloon transformed a warehouse space into an immersive art experience.

Combining 3D interactive disco wagon wheel, hand painted murals and original Lazy Cowgirl artwork inside of a built out life-size Saloon structure. This installation celebrated collaboration and was seen by over 5,000 guests during its temporary display.

HOUSE OF BLOOM

curated by Ariana this Western Contemporary gallery show blends botanical with grit. Her inaugural showcasing displayed the work of eleven female artists at the Banshee House. This work included large scale abstract pieces by Mila Garcia, floral installations, hand painted stetson hats by McKenzie Parrot, botanical inspired paintings by Ashley Joon paired with live music and cocktails.

Held in the heart of the RiNo art district, the event brought together over 2,000 guests over the span of 2 days.

Because of its impact, House of Bloom is set to return as a recurring pop up gallery show.

CANVAS IN THE CLOUDS

As Art Director of EDIT at River North, Ariana created Canvas in the Clouds, an annual rooftop event running for the past three years.

A summer highlight each July Ariana curates local artists to live paint on the rooftop paired with live music and panoramic views of downtown and the mountains

Guests enjoy cocktails during sunset hour surrounded by bold artwork and emerging creatives with bites from local restaurants and past sponsors like Campari to elevate the experience

Every July Canvas in the Clouds transforms the rooftop into a sophisticated celebration of contemporary art and community.

SUPPER CLUB ATELIER

Blending art and fine dining this supper club offers a truly unique dining experience. For this edition, Ariana collaborated with artist Emily Roan to create a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted silk installation that enveloped guests as they dined.

Barolo Grill, recipients of the Michelin Guide Colorado Sommelier Award, designed a four-course menu with wine pairings. The evening engaged all senses for a truly on of a kind fine dining experience.

MOLLIE ASPEN RESIDENCY

During her residency at The Mollie Aspen, Ariana created her Aspen Cowgirl Collection, inspired by the landscapes of the roaring fork valley, iconic downtown Aspen, and of course aprés culture.

The residency included a hosted Cowgirl Brunch in the restaurant, followed by an intimate artist talk and a live painting from her Black and White series in the lobby. This experience was incredible inspiring for her work and allowed guests to directly engage with both the artwork, her inspiration and the artist.

W ASPEN

Ariana Barnstable was invited to participate in the W Aspen’s Through the Artist’s Lens series, creating original artwork and content within the hotel’s stunning spaces.

Aspen is a place she returns to again and again for inspiration and where she created her Aspen Cowgirl series. For this experience during peak fall foliage, she painted on the W rooftop, capturing the natural beauty of the mountains and documenting her creative process in collaboration with the Hotel.

THE RAMBLE HOTEL

During her residency with The Ramble Hotel, Ariana hosted a live painting activation in The Garden bar paired with cocktails by Death & Co the hotel’s acclaimed cocktail bar. Guests received commissioned Ramble × Lazy Cowgirl prints created exclusively for the event.

This collaboration brought her western series to life in the vibrant outdoor Garden patio for a more engaging and immersive experience than a traditional gallery experience.
